Saving Your Search Results
After successfully performing a search for data, you can save the results to your computer in a 'csv' file. This file can then be opened in a spreadsheet program (Excel, Quattro, etc.) or a database program (Access, FoxPro, etc.) that resides on your computer.
To save an opened results file, click on the "Export to File" button:
You will then be asked if you want to open the file or save it. Select 'save'. You will then be asked to select a folder on your computer where you want to save the file. Make note of where you saved it so you can locate it again later.
